5. Delivery and Pickup
- Baykerywala.com does not provide logistics or delivery services. Delivery or pickup is coordinated between the Buyer and the Seller.
- We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or condition of products upon delivery or pickup.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual Sellers.
- Buyers must contact Sellers directly for any disputes, returns, or refunds.
- Baykerywala.com may assist in mediating disputes but does not guarantee resolution.
7. Vendor Listings and Content
- Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings, images, ingredients, allergens, pricing, and delivery/pickup information.
- Baykerywala.com is not liable for any misinformation or issues arising from Seller content.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- Impersonate others or provide false information.
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform.
- Post offensive, harmful, or misleading content.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Baykerywala.com (except user-generated content) including logos, text, graphics, and design is our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
